  • Substitution Policy
    • While we strive to provide you with the exact product you have chosen; flowers, plant material, fresh fruit/gourmet products and the containers pictured may be substituted due to availability.
    • If a substitution is required, we strive to maintain the same "look and feel" of the item you have selected by designing a product of equal value and appearance.
  • Privacy
    • We respect your privacy and do not tolerate spam and will never sell, rent, lease or give away your information (name, address, email, etc.) to any third party.
    • If you choose to give your name and email address into our site's registration forms, we will send you emails relating to the orders or mailing lists you joined, as well as marketing offers from time to time. You may opt out of receiving future mailings from our mailing lists at any time.
  • Refunds/Returns
    • Perishable Items: Floral, Plant, Fruit/Gourmet Basket & Chocolate Items
      • It is our 24 hour guarantee that you are satisfied with your delivery. In the event an order is delivered to the recipient and there is a question with the quality of the item, the recipient should contact us directly to set up a replacement. In most cases, the unsatisfactory product should be returned when the replacement product has been issued. For a refund of the purchase price (less appropriate delivery fees) the original arrangement must be returned to Milwaukie Floral. Any quality claims brought to our attention after 1 day following the delivery, will be dealt with on a case by case basis with management. It is the sender’s responsibility to be informed of our return/refund policy, as stated above. Agreement to this policy is acknowledged upon selecting acceptance to our terms and conditions before check out.
    • Non-Perishable Gift Items
      • If you are not satisfied with a non-perishable gift item for any reason, you may return it to our shop for an exchange of equal value or a refund within 15 days of the purchase date.
  • Security and Protection
    • Our secure shopping cart partner is Authorize.net. You can purchase items on our website securely and confidently knowing that we are a verified merchant.   • Delivery Times: We offer same day delivery if ordered before 11:00am. Some exceptions may apply. Please call if you have an order with specific time restraint.
  • Delivery Fee's Change Depending on Mileage
    • 0 - 3 Miles - $10.00
    • 3.1 - 7 Miles - $15.00
    • 7.1 - 12 Miles - $20.00
    • 12.1 - +30 Miles - $25.00
    • Out of Range/State - $20.00 (Subject to Change)
  • Delivering to a Funeral Service: It is our policy to deliver your sympathy order at least 1 hour or more prior to the funeral service. If the service is scheduled for early morning, we may deliver the flowers the evening prior. Deliveries to Willamette National cannot be delivered any earlier than 1/2 hour prior to the service because of scheduling.
  • Porch Policy: It is at the discretion of our delivery driver to leave a package on the porch in the event that the recipient is not home unless informed by sender.
  • Redelivery: In the event that a package has to be redelivered additional delivery charges may apply.
  • Bad Address: It is up the sender to provide us with a correct address. We will try our best to track down a recipient in the event the address is incorrect, However additional delivery charges may apply.
  • Hospital Delivery: It is our policy to check that the patient is still in the hospital before we leave for delivery. In the event that the patient has been discharged before we arrive you will be contacted for a home address. Additional charges may apply.
  • Holiday delivery information: during major floral Holidays no timed deliveries can be promised. We put emphasis on business addresses but can only guarantee that the flowers will be delivered within business hours of 9-5 on the delivery date that you requested.
